Policies & Procedures



Cancellation Policy:

  • Private Sessions:  Cancellations less than 24 hours prior will be charged the cost of the session.
  • Classes:  Cancellations less than 12 hours prior will be charged the cost of the class.
  • Monthly Memberships:  Any and all late cancellations will be charged the cost of a single session or class.


We understand that unexpected and extraordinary events occur. For that reason, Live Fit Now will wave one late cancellation per calendar year. Live Fit Now is unable to make additional exceptions to these policies for any reason. If there is a chance you cannot make your session or class, please cancel.


Inclement Weather:

If Inclement weather occurs, and clients know they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment or class, we ask that they let us know as soon as possible. No shows will be charged unless the business has closed.


Expiration Dates:

We want to encourage clients to attend regularly so that the benefits of the work are not wasted. For this reason, please plan accordingly and only purchase packages you are able to use within the expiration period. 

  • 5 Class Passes ~ 1 month
  • 10 Class Passes ~ 2 months
  • Private Sessions: 
    • ​5 Session Package ~ 2 months
    • 10 Session Package ~ 3 months


Payments

A credit card on file is required in order to book a service. Otherwise, payment is required at the time the appointment is made.
